Terms of service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This website is operated by Life of Mo ("we", "us"). By visiting lifeof-mo.com or purchasing from us you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

1. Products

We sell fine art photography prints, framed prints, canvases, metal prints and postcards. All items are produced to order by professional print partners in the United States. We make every effort to display colours and sizes accurately, but screens differ and slight variations in colour, tone and trim are a normal part of fine art printing and are not defects.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where a product was listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable; in that case you will be refunded in full. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partners; we never see or store your full card details.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

Production and delivery times, costs, our 30-day quality guarantee and cancellation window are described in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

4. Intellectual property

All photographs, text and designs on this site are the copyright of Mo / Life of Mo. Buying a print gives you the physical artwork for personal display. It does not transfer copyright or grant any right to reproduce, scan, resell copies of, or use the image commercially. Licensing requests are welcome by email.

5. Your account and conduct

You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that damages it or interferes with others' use of it.

6. Third-party links and tools

The site may link to or use third-party services (for example payment providers, shipping carriers and print partners). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page.
